Is the property suitable for all ages?

One Sandringham Villas is a beautiful Victorian holiday home and welcomes families. However please note the staircase is very narrow (spiral staircase) and therefore may not be suitable for young children or elderly.

Is the property dog friendly?

We love dogs, and you're welcome to bring one or two small-medium sized dogs with you. Please note - One Sandringham Villas has a small outside courtyard area rather than a garden. There are plenty of scenic walks nearby including grassed areas and a beach.

Is there parking at the property?

Yes, One Sandringham has a free designated parking space, just across the road in a private car park.
There is also nearby street parking (although spaces here cannot be guaranteed.)

How is the property accessed?

One Sandringham Villas is perfectly situated in town, directly opposite Tunnels Beaches. The front door is accessed directly from the pavement.
